"I highly recommend Frances Withaeger for any home remodeling task that you might be thinking of. We remodeled our kitchen, entryway, hallways, utility room and den. Frances did an awesome job. She knows what looks good together. She talked with us about what we wanted to do, listened to our concerns, gave us idea books to help grow our ideas and understand what we liked. She must have taken in everything we discussed and liked because when we met her to pick out floor tile, granite for counter tops and tile for under the cabinets, the several selections she had pulled contained exactly what we wanted. Her design of the backsplash tied everything together. The cabinet shop she used was outstanding and is state-of-the-art. They measured and discussed with us what we wanted to do with the space we had and provided drawings including 3 dimensional prospectives of the kitchen. We settled on the final design in three iterations. We went on vacation and left our house in her hands during the big mess of removing old ceramic tile and other floor covering and laying tile from the entryway through the kitchen and hallways to each outside door. We returned to find perfectly laid tile flooring and nicely finished cabinets. We could not have done this remodeling with three granddaughters living with us, with anyone but Frances. The people Frances hires are the best. She oversaw the job from start to finish. She pays attention to the detail, follows up on every concern and is totally trustworthy."
